EqueTrainer advances to the Top 10 of Mizzou's Entrepreneur Quest Pitch Contest

Agribusiness Management students Brayden Hallford, Katie Mueth, and Roselynn Orr have officially advanced to the Top 10 of Mizzou’s Entrepreneur Quest Pitch Contest.

By earning a spot in the Top 10, these three students have won entry into the semester long EQ Accelerator program. Through this accelerator, they will receive professional mentorship, pitch coaching, and hands on business support as they prepare to compete for a share of a $30,000 funding prize pool.

Brayden Hallford with Big Bird Ostrich Farm is converting part of his family cattle operation into a USDA inspected ostrich farm, offering a lean, high protein red meat alternative for Missourians, particularly those with alpha gal syndrome.

Katie Mueth with Unbridled is creating a year long program that gives riders hands on experience in training, managing, showing, and selling horses, building industry skills without the full financial burden of horse ownership.

Roselynn Orr with EqueTrainer is developing a unified digital record system for horses that brings together veterinary, farrier, and training histories so caretakers never have to make decisions with incomplete information.

Wish our students luck as they advance through the Accelerator program!
